I recently stumbled upon this Asian grocery store while exploring the Fortitude Valley area, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The shelves were packed with a diverse selection of products, ranging from ingredients I’ve never seen before to some of my favourite snacks from childhood. I especially loved the wide variety of rice and noodles available; it’s hard to find such a selection elsewhere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me to some authentic sauces I was looking for. I even had a lovely chat with one of the team members about the best ways to cook with them. The only downside was that the checkout line was a bit long during peak hours, but that’s just a testament to how popular this place is!
